I’ve been actualizing some ideas I’ve had lately and thought I’d put together a permanent home for my projects.
A collection of things I’ve made:
Book List - super simple book tracker.
- Why I made it: I wanted a better way to track books and share reviews. No more goodreads.
- What’s special about it? everyone gets their own username.booklist.dev page. It shows you what you’re reading and what you’ve read. Instead of social feeds and algorithms, you can just share your now page or reviews with friends.
- you can also embed any part of your page on your blog! My Now page on this blog has my goal.
Kohlrabi - a free workout tracker
- Why I made it: I never stick with workout tracker apps. This is my go at what I think a workout tracker should be.
- What’s special about it? The most unique feature is probably shared workouts: make a workout, share the link, anyone can start the workout immediately on their phone. No app downloads, etc. the progression engine is also quite cool.
While coding projects are fun, I find writing to be far more fulfilling.1 So I guess really the rest of my blog contains my other “projects”.
While I have made some slight changes to my AI Policy recently, and plan on writing more on how my views on AI have shifted about, I am steadfast in how I use LLMs in my writing. Put clearly: I don’t use LLMs in my personal writing. Ever.↩
